EXCHANGE POLICY NO REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT
Our 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Must email hello@celystrends.com for return approval. Please include your order number in the initial email. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of approval request. Merchandise must be unworn. Accessories, bodysuits, intimates, white clothing items (including cream, beige colors ) cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

DAMAGES:
- In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
- You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
PRE-ORDERS:
• Pre-Orders can not be cancelled or returned.
•Pre-Orders are final sale.
•Pre-orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to be shipped please read product description since shipping can switch.

IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS YOUR ITEM WAS DELIVERED AND UNFORTUNATELY YOU DID NOT WE RECEIVED IT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IN THIS CASE YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU THE SHIPPING CARRIER YOUR ITEMS WERE SHIPPED WITH & YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEM TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR PACKAGE. ONCE A PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY, USPS OR UPS WILL HOLD ALL LIABILITY IF A PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN.
